Sales Tax
All Illinois orders are subject to 6.75% sales tax. Sales tax is applied to the
merchandise total and shipping.
Shipping & Handling
We ships exclusively by UPS. All shipping costs are automatically calculated
during the checkout process by UPS using the weight and destination
information.

All shipments are insured up to $100. For each additional $100 a $.40 charge
will be added to cover the cost of insuring your order in case it is lost or
damaged.
Shipping costs may vary from those calculated during checkout. If costs vary
you will be notified via phone or email.
Return/Exchange Policy
To return or exchange an item:
· You must email within 10 days of the delivery date for a Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This number must be prominently
displayed on the outside of the packaging.
· The date the item is shipped back to us must be within two weeks of the
date the item was delivered to you.
